- collect robot and attachment building tutorial and share them with the team

- look out for new part we might need and proposed to purchase

- decide who robot lego parts should be organized

- schedule the meeting

- create the milestones of the program and robots (nagging like a nanny)

- keep track of overall schedule

- keep the meeting notes
